I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Glute Specialist from ISSA, plus a Certified Health and Wellness Coach from A Wellness Revolution.
Once I hit 30, I realized I wasn’t getting younger, and gravity is coming for us all, so I decided to get back into resistance training. Resistance training, aka weight lifting, is one of the best ways women can take care of themselves at any age. Not only does it help you look and feel good, lifting helps with bone density, metabolism and hormones as we age. Because working out isn’t about fitting societies ideals of being small n petite, it’s about being your best size and taking up space.

Personalized Services
Ready to incorporate basic resistance training at home? This program is perfect for anyone new to weightlifting, or getting back in the game. After our consultation, I’ll create a 6 week program based on your needs, desires and goals. We’ll meet in the comfort of your home once a week, resistance equipment provided, making sure you learn proper form and fundamentals with the support and encouragement of a coach.

Experience custom-tailored guidance through focused goal setting, meal planning fundamentals and a personalized at home training program. This offer includes both Basic Training Fundamentals, and weekly 1v1 coaching sessions focused on your goals, along with 2 dinner prep nights.

This is a one time purchase for a one hour, 1v1 session focused and tailored to you.
We’ll use the equipment you have at home, or equipment you’d like to try upon request for the session. This option is unique, and if useful for multiple reasons. It’s a great way to start working with me, and experiencing what a session together is like. It’s also fabulous as a follow up session after a 6 week program with me. It’s also excellent as a one off, to shake off the funk, and get back into your groove.

HIIT Workout
Starting January 2026
This weekly community workout class is donation based, prioritizing health and wellness for all.
Class is 45 minutes and includes a mix of aerobics, High Intensity Interval Training, along with dynamic and compound movements to get you moving and sweating to fun music.
It’s great for your cardio and lymph systems, as well as strength training.
Come join our community! Get a great workout, and meet new people. Working out doesn’t have to suck, it can be fun, social and help improve quality of life.
