Welcome to FLO with Natalie Rae!
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Glute Specialist from ISSA, plus a Certified Health and Wellness Coach from A Wellness Revolution.

Once I hit 30, I realized I wasn’t getting younger, and gravity is coming for us all, so I decided to get back into resistance training. Resistance training, aka weight lifting, is one of the best ways women can take care of themselves at any age. Not only does it help you look and feel good, lifting helps with bone density, metabolism and hormones as we age. Because working out isn’t about fitting societies ideals of being small n petite, it’s about being your best size and taking up space.

I’m here to help you FLO, Figure life out—step by step, day by day—building new habits and routines that help you feel your absolute best. Big changes happen over time, and little changes make big waves.

Join my Community BPM Workout!

First class is FREE, $5 per class after. My goal to to make this an affordable and accessible class to all.

We meet bi-weekly, Mondays and Wednesdays, outside at Irving or Colonel Summers Park, to get our heart rates up, and move our bodies.

It’s based off High Intensity Interval training HIIT, but is much more MID: Medium Intensity and Duration. We don’t need more high intensity in our lives! At least I don’t. BPM in the park offers a new routine each week that’s enjoyable & get’s the blood pumping.

We focus on core, compound movements, mobility and in the rest period of the intervals we keep moving; pulsing, dancing or jumping to keep a consistent aerobic exercise & move our lymph system.

Get a great workout, and meet new people. Working out doesn’t have to suck!
